Show Notes

In this episode, I invite Monica Lopez onto the show! Monica has always been a very creative person. She specializes in Video/Media and photography, but what separates Monica from the rest is that she knows how to piece things together to create inspiring stories. It hasn't always been an easy road though. Monica has had to journey down a long path to discover her own identity in the world. She faced many challenges with being a single woman and living in a foreign county trying to make it in a field that is mostly male dominated and still finds that she has to prove herself constantly even till this day. After becoming a Video/Media Director and having a family of her own, Monica finds a new outlet to express her love for thrifting and collecting vinyl with her family. She opens up about how cool the vinyl community has been and how music has always been a common thread in her life. Plus, Monica tells us why she thinks more people should treasure their music hunting experience and have a personal collection of their own rather than being so dependent on just streaming services, especially during this quarantine.
